1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ReviveZone website and making bookings, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the website or use any services.
2. Bookings & Cancellations
All bookings made through the ReviveZone platform are subject to availability. You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time slot for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be refunded.
3. Memberships
Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your membership at any time through your User Dashboard. Cancellation will stop future billing, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle. Membership discounts are automatically applied at checkout.
4. Code of Conduct
We expect all players to treat our staff and equipment with respect. ReviveZone reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the session of any individual exhibiting disruptive, unsafe, or destructive behavior, without refund.
5. Liability Waiver
While we prioritize safety, participation in physical interactive games carries inherent risks. By participating, you agree to release ReviveZone and its employees from any liability for personal injury or property damage.
